I designed a centralised platform where suppliers submit through validated forms or document upload, and an agentic AI layer extracts the data, validates it against business rules, and flags errors before any human reviews the case. Approved cases auto-route to the right team, tracked in real time, with every stakeholder on a single source of truth. What took 10 days now closes same day.
