A global commercial vehicle manufacturer was managing tyre requests, supplier communications, and product life cycle updates entirely through email and Excel, with no structured process, no audit trail, and no single source of truth.

We designed a centralized portal connecting suppliers and internal teams, replacing scattered email threads with structured request flows, real-time status tracking, and a single live tyre database accessible to all stakeholders.

Suppliers submitted new tyre requests, updates, and phase-outs over email and calls. Internal teams worked off different versions of the same Excel file. There was no structured process, no visibility into request status, and no reliable way to know which tyres were active, discontinued, or pending approval.

The tyre engineer sees all incoming requests in one centralised view with case details, supplier information, and audit history surfaced per request. Approve, reject, or flag for discussion directly from the dashboard without leaving the platform.

WIP Management

Color-Coded WIP List & One-Click Record Release

Approved changes populate a live WIP list which is color-coded green for new tyres, yellow for updates, red for phase-outs. When ready, the engineer releases all records in one action, automatically notifying every stakeholder with the correct, current data. No more Excel attachments, no more version mismatches.

All personas access a live global tyre list and country availability map, replacing the static Excel tabs with a searchable, visual interface. The tyre engineer retains edit rights; all other teams get read access to the same, always-current data.
